About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher Pathology to join our Human Services and Education team. In this role, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant education that supports students in achieving their learning and career goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess vocational and non-vocational pathology programs
  • Create inclusive learning environments and support diverse student needs
  • Maintain accurate teaching and compliance documentation
  • Engage with industry and stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance
  • Provide pastoral care and academic support to students
  • Participate in curriculum development, moderation, and validation
  • Mentor entry-level teachers and contribute to continuous improvement


Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry experience in pathology
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • VET teaching experience, preferably in pathology or related health sciences
  • Strong understanding of ASQA/VET compliance and curriculum standards
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and ICT skills
  • Ability to design inclusive curriculum and support student engagement
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and industry currency


Additional Requirements

Successful candidate will be required to provide:

  • A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • A National Police Check
